I believe in eating intuitively, which means reconnecting back to your body's wisdom and establishing the best way forward that suits you. I want to give you the sense of empowerment to make a difference to yourself and those living around you. I lean into a non-weight focused approach - this doesn't mean we won't talk about your weight (if it's important to you), but rather we focus on how you can heal your relationship with food and your body.
