What happens in my initial consultation with Carla?
1. I begin with a deep dive into learning all about you: medical history, family, your current lifestyle routines as well as physical wellbeing and what's bothering you. 2. We explore your relationship with food, including what you're doing now, what you've done in the past and where you want to get to. 3. Nut out your goals and begin with tailored strategies to get you started in easy and simple ways A food diary can be helpful to get to know you and your habits, so please complete one prior to your first appointment (see resources). What about follow up? I am 100% your cheer squad and I'm here for the long game! I like to work closely with you (weekly/fortnightly) so you can get the support you. need, when you need it. I'm here to troubleshoot, educate and monitor how you're tracking and I find that having regular sessions increases accountability = better outcomes so the changes you make, become changes for life.
